How to Convert the Steps You Walk

If you don't own a pedometer you can still participate in the Walk ND program. Use the following chart to convert the minutes you walk into steps.  If you prefer other forms of physical activity, check the chart farther down the page or use the web site links to see more information on converting other activities to steps.
